What we collect
We only collect information you give us. When you fill out a quote form, call, text, or email us, we may collect:
- Your name and company name
- Your phone number and email address
- The location of your equipment or project
- Details about the welding work you need
- Your preferred contact method and best time to reach you
We do not collect information you don't provide, and we don't buy lists or track you around the internet.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: to arrange the welding service you asked about. That means calling or emailing you back, scheduling an on-site assessment, sending your quote, and handling billing for completed work. We may also send you occasional follow-ups about your job or quote — never unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
To be fully transparent: the details of your service request are shared with the welding contractor assigned to your job. That's the person or crew who will call you, come to your location, and do the work — they need your name, number, and job location to do that. We share only what's necessary to get your job done.
Beyond that, we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We don't share it with data brokers, advertisers, or marketing companies. If a legal authority requires disclosure (a court order or lawful subpoena), we comply — and only with what's legally required.
Calls and recordings
As noted on our site, calls may be recorded for quality assurance. Recordings are used internally to improve service and resolve disputes about what was discussed or quoted.
How long we keep it
We keep job records (including your contact details and the work performed) for as long as needed for billing, warranties, and business records — typically a few years. If you want your information removed sooner, just ask (see below).
Your rights
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] with "Privacy Request" in the subject line, and we'll respond promptly. Deleting your information may limit our ability to honor warranties or handle billing questions about past jobs.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
